Reacting to the summons, Kangana has recently written in a tweet, "I worship people like Savarkar, Neta Bose and Rani of Jhansi. Today the government trying to put me in jail that makes me feel confident of my choices, waiting to be in jail soon n go through same miseries my idols were subjected to, it will give meaning to my life, Jai Hind".

Kangana has reacted earlier also on the FIR and had tweeted, "Obsessed penguin Sena ... Pappupro of Maharashtra, bahut yaad aati hai k-k-k-k-k-Kangana, koi baat nahin jaldi aa jaungi.`
The complaint was registered by a casting director and fitness trainer, Munawwar Ali Sayyed, who submitted to the court that offenses under sections 153A, 295A, 124 read with 34 of the Indian Penal Code have been committed by the duo through their interviews and social media accounts.
The complaint said Kangana `is continuously defaming the Bollywood film industry and is portraying people working in Bollywood films as a hub of nepotism, favoritism, drug addicts, communally-biased people, murderers`.
The case has been registered under Section 124 A (sedition), 153-A (promoting enmity between different groups on grounds of religion, race, place of birth, residence, language, prejudicial to maintenance of harmony) and 295-A (deliberate and malicious acts, intended to outrage religious feelings by insulting its religion) of the Indian Penal Code (IPC).
