As insane as it sounds, Thane's dancing duo, Apurva Paranjape and Saumitra Pawar have managed to create a salsa dance video on music produced by using an old school typewriter! When asked about how this idea occurred to them Apurva said, `Music is everywhere, from the song of birds to the constant 'tap tap ' of our Laptops as we Work from Home during this pandemic. And to drive this point home, we at Nacho Salsa have brought you this video. As dancers, we get the chance to interpret music and express it through our moves. This is an attempt to show that art is infinite even while it's constricted by genres.` During this pandemic all kinds of artists are facing limitation, but this duo has proved that imagination knows no bounds. Using the resources available, Joel Jose, the musician who provided them with the sound track, has recorded a symphony that no one can ever guess was played on a typewriter. And the two talented dancers believe it or not have masterfully choreographed a salsa routine. All this was achieved even when all of them were quarantining and never left their houses.
Equal credit should go to Atharva Limaye, who has edited the video brilliantly making it even more engaging for viewers.
