Sources say that Sanjay Dutt has been spending sleepless nights in fear of his verdict, which is expected to be handed out any time now. Dutt is accused number 117 and
he has been losing sleep more and more as his judgment day neared.
Dutt is not well and has very high fever Sanjay Dutt, who was first arrested in connection with the 1993 Mumbai bomb blast case for the possession of illegal weapons and
later was released on bail after serving 16 months in jail, has started feeling the heat as judgment day nears.
Last November, the TADA court had found Sanjay
Dutt guilty under the Arms Act and convicted him.
However, he was declared free from the stringent TADA act. sources say that the actor has been spending
sleepless nights in fear of his verdict, which is expected to be handed out any time now.
Dutt is accused number 117 and he has been losing sleep more and more
as his judgment day neared. Dutt has moved an application seeking benefit under Probation of Offenders Act.
The prosecution on Friday gave the name and the
addresses of the officers who would be preparing the report on Dutt's character. If the court accepts Dutt's application, he will not have to undergo imprisonment.
