Aly Goni was the first to leave the box because of his claustrophobia. Then, Pavitra Punia, who was representing Eijaz Khan, got out. That leaves only Jasmin and Kavita still in the task. None of them were willing to give up that easily and, as a result, the task continued for more than 24 hours. Then, Bigg Boss had to interfere and they asked Sanchalak Rahul Vaidya to make the final verdict on who won the task. Rahul decided that Kavita Kaushik has won the task and is the following week's captain. He came to the decision of eliminating Jasmin from the task because she had moved positions, although still in the box, during the task. This caused a lot of brouhaha; all the other contestants of Bigg Boss got into a heated argument with Rahul. Some contestants blamed the Sanchalak for being unfair while others were trying to explain the situation to them. Seeing as Kavita was elected as the captain, Rubina and Abhinav, Jasmin's good friends, were not happy and discussed the situation with Jasmin.
But Jasmin was completely compliant with the Sanchalak's verdict and was not mad at Rahul for it. She told them and Aly, "This is a house where we're always performing tasks. Sometimes we win, sometimes we lose and we should not hold a grudge against someone for that. I am happy that I performed the tasks to the best of my abilities. I am okay with the Sanchalak's verdict and mustn't question it. We can't question Rahul, he simply did what he felt was right." Considering Jasmin and Rahul have had some disagreements in the past, she acted in a mature manner and did not hold a grudge against him. All the fans love and appreciate Jasmin's unbiased and mature behavior.
