Everyone is talking about Vivek Oberoi. And why not? The word has got around that he is a rare combination of good looks, charm and loads of talent. "That makes him a rare amalgamation of Hrithik, Shah Rukh and Akshaye Khanna" says Company co-star Manisha Koirala.

What makes this 26-year-old actor stand out is his complete indifference to all the attention. "A film works because of team work and our film has colossal talents like Mohanlal, Seema Biswas, Ajay Devgan and Ramu himself," he rationalises the buzz surrounding the film. The no-nonsense actor, who has a degree in acting from NYU, does not even like to talk about his strengths and evades any personal queries politely but firmly. Few people know the reason though. The handsome guy`s heart goes aflutter for a girl tucked away somewhere in his life.

"I don`t want to talk about my private life, please," he says. The only time he makes an exception is when the press harps on his father`s contribution to his sudden rise. "I am aware that despite being talented my father didn`t get his due and yes, he does look after my affairs." Vivek has kicked off his career in style. We hope he keeps his head on his shoulders just the way it is today.
