Abhishek Makwana, the writer of the famous TV sitcom 'Taarak Mehta Ka Ooltah Chashmah' committed suicide in his Mumbai flat. Late writer's family revealed that Abhishek was trapped in cyber fraud as he allegedly borrowed a loan from a private company. The police have also retrieved a suicide note, in which he claimed that he was struggling with the financial problem and caught in the clutches of some fraudulent lending companies. Those companies were constantly pressuring him to pay their money and this was also the reason for Abhishek's death.
Abhishek Makwana's brother Janis has revealed that Abhishek was financially implicated in a case of forgery. Janis has seen Abhishek's emails in which he got information about taking some loan from an app. In an interview with a leading tabloid, Jenis said, "I checked my brother's mails because ever since he passed away, I got multiple phone calls from different numbers demanding to be paid back loans he owed someone. One call was a number registered in Bangladesh, one in Myanmar and others were from different states of India.`
He further added, `From what I understood from the email records, my brother first took a small loan from one of the 'easy loan' apps that charge a very high rate of interest. I looked at the transactions between them and my brother closely after that. I noticed that they kept sending small amounts despite my brother not applying for the loans. Their interest rates are as high as 30%.`
Well, for now, Mumbai police is investigating the case and also approached the bank for the writer's transactions details. After the shocking news outcome, it will surely affect the 'Taarak Mehta Ka Ooltah Chashmah' writers team as losing a colleague is not less than losing a family member.
