Son of veteran actor Pankaj Kapur and actress Neelima Azim, this actor is the current super chocolate hero of Bollywood. For those who missed out, Shahid Kapur had made his debut along with Amrita Rao in ‘Ishq Vishk Pyaar Vyaar' as a college going boy.

Ever since Shahid Kapur has not been able to grow out of this image. All his following films had seen him in boyish characters rather than that of a grown up man.

Ask papa Kapur and he cannot help but agree. "He had the potential and I rate him highly on that aspect. I still believe that he has not been given that kind of films that would explore his talent. Industry people are only cashing on his youth because he is young.

He is being offered roles where he can exhibit enough dancing skills, but no powerful character is coming his way".
