A little-known fact cementing their friendship is their topographical proximity. They live a stone's throw away from each other, and often drop in at each other's place.

"In fact," reveals Anupam, "Nowadays I'm working out at Yashji's place, in Uday Chopra's gym since it's too hot to jog at the beach."

This is the same famous inhouse gym where Hrithik used to train with best-buddy Uday Chopra.

It's become a regular habit for Anupam to drop in at the Chopra's in the morning for a cuppa in the hot summer and hear the veteran director recite some really cool shayari.

"He's a treasure house of shayari," says Anupam. "And I try to be at his place in the morning, except when I'm out of town."

On Tuesday Anupam inaugurated another branch of his acting school Actor Prepares in Chandigarh. "It's an important location for an acting school.

There're so many well-built goodlooking aspirants from Himachal, Punjab, UP Delhi and other parts of Northern India who waste their time and money coming to Mumbai as the mecca of moviedom.

If I provide them the infrastructure and venue to learn acting in their part of the world they'll come to Mumbai prepared," reasons Anupam.

He has plans of opening branches of his acting school all over the country and also go international soon.
