When did Hannsikaa grow up is the question that the viewers ask on seeing her (appeared as child artiste in the TV show ‘Kyunkii Saas Bhi Kabhi Bahu Thi' and the film ‘Koi Mil Gaya') play Himesh Reshammiya's love interest in ‘Aap ka Surroor'.

Care was taken to keep the female lead under wraps for the film and when the film finally came out with Hansikaa every one was very pleasantly surprised.

The secret behind her sudden and noticeable makeover is something even she doesn't know about. She rubbishes the rumours of her taking up hormone injections or undergone some kind of surgery.

Hannsikaa is already a couple of movies old down South, apart from Himesh's debut flick, She's called the ‘golden leg' simply because industry people feel she is lucky for them.
