The secret is out. Bipasha Basu like Rakhi has got a boob job done four years back and to top it all Bipasha hasn't even paid the doctor his his hard earned fee of Rs 2.5 lakh! The doctor (Dr Ashok Gupta) who operated on Bipasha is the same one that operated on Rakhi.

A reputed cosmetic surgeon in Mumbai, Dr. Gupta runs a clinic in the Opera House area and Bipasha visited him in 2002.

Post the surgery (August 17, 2002), Gupta's staff frequently called Bipasha to recover Rs 2.5 lakh for the surgery and hospitalisation charges, but the actress is yet to pay up.

Six months ago, Dr Gupta made a last ditch attempt and called Bipasha, but she didn't answer.

Even John, did not respond to his calls. Bipasha had visited the doctor just before she started shooting for Jism.

She had registered herself under the alias Susan Noodhah and was accompanied by a female friend.

She got her silicone implantsdone from Dr Gupta because Bipasha did not have a good figure.

She stayed at the clinic for two days and her bustline increased by three inches. Soon after, she started work on Jism."
