Rajpal Yadav has had the time of his life.
In case friends back home in Mumbai have been missing him he's back in town.
"I've been gone for nearly two months," the talented actor grins. "I've been in Canada and the US with my colleague Manoj Joshi, playing the lead in our play Gol Maal Pyar
Ka. Manoj and I co-starred, and he also directs the play. It took us to 17 cities in Canada and the US including Montreal, Toronto, Calgary, Dallas and Houston."
It has been an exhausting but a rewarding experience for Rajpal. "I planned my movie schedules, so I could take these two months off for the play. The experience has
rejuvenated me as an actor. Now I want to do it more often."
Rajpal intends to take a couple of months off from his hectic film schedules every year to do a play. "The response to Gol Maal Pyar Ka in the US and Canada has been
incredible. I now want to take the play to cities across India. And yes I want to do one play every year."
