After singing with Asha Bhosle, actor Sanjay Dutt has now recorded a song with Bappi Lahiri. Sanjay Dutt does have a talent for singing. His song in Zinda and his duet with Asha Bhosle went very well with music buffs.

Now, the handsome actor has sung a jazzy song for good friend Sanjay Gupta's film ‘Alibag', shooting for which is presently underway. The song, titled ‘Raat Khamosh Hai Subah Bolegi' is composed by Bappi Lahiri's son Bappa. The song's lyrics are written by Neelesh Mishra, and it is sung by Sanjay Dutt and Bappi Lahiri.

Not only did Dutt and Lahiri record the song together they also shot for a music video that will be used for the promotion of the movie.

According to Sanjay Gupta, Dutt's singing skills have improved overtime and he has displayed greater vocal dexterity in ‘Raat Khamosh Hai'. Recording the song was also an emotional experience for Bappi Lahiri because it was the first time he was singing for a track composed by his son.
