Whenever Jackie takes on film production, controversy rears its ugly head. Now the latest one to dog him is related to his forthcoming film `Boom.` The film was supposed to be co-produced by Pooja Bhatt along with the Shroffs.

But now news has it that Pooja has decided to part ways with the film. "I have decided to opt out of `Boom` as I had some irreconcilable differences with the way the director chose to operate," says Pooja. As for the Shroffs, the show goes on with or without Pooja.
