Not all women have to work hard to maintain a good figure. Ask Chhavi Mittal aka Nicky of television serial Viraasat. The actress is a self-confessed foodie. "I can eat anything from Mughlai to Continental and Mexican to roadside chaat.... I love it all!"

Interestingly, she doesn't bother to work out regularly either. "Off late, I have started going to the gym but that too not religiously. It's naturally in me not to put on weight easily. I am very happy about it as I don't have to give up on food, nor do I have to exercise much," smiles Chhavi.
