/> A report that Salman Khan has taken the proposed Raj Santoshi-Salman project London Dreams to another filmmaker, Vipul Shah, has Santoshi perplexed and exasperated.

Says Santoshi, "As far as I'm concerned I'm still directing London Dreams. The producer has told me that they are working out the dates for the film. Beyond that I wouldn't know anything. Like I said I'm just the film's director. I'm not aware of any developments (regarding Salman's meeting with Vipul). Just like everyone else I read about it. Nobody has spoken to me about London Dreams going to someone else."

Vipul Shah however, confirms that Salman did approach him with the project. "Though I haven't confirmed as yet Salman did give me the script of London Dreams to read.

But it isn't something I can take up overnight. I'd like to meet Mr Santoshi before I take a decision. There're several production issues that need to be sorted out before I take a call."

When told that Santoshi is unaware of the developments behind his back Vipul is gracious enough to concede, "Then there's no question of my doing London Dreams. He's directing it because it's his baby."
