After "Apne" and "Kaafila", Sunny Deol is more in demand than ever, and which veteran film-maker would let go of such a chance, especially someone like Subhash Ghai. Hence, finally, after so many years, the two have decided to come together for a film titled "Right or Wrong".
Icon Films will be the production partner in the venture. Interestingly, Neeraj Pathak, the writer of "Apne" and "Pardes" is one of the partners of Icon Films. Sources say he played a vital role in bridging the yawning gap between Sunny and Ghai.
Neeraj revealed that the film will be an action thriller, also starring Konkona Sen Sharma, Irrfan Khan and Isha Koppikar. "Right or Wrong" will hit the floor from the beginning of September this year, with a probable February, 2008, release.
Nagesh Kukunoor's "Bombay to Bangkok" by Mukta Searchlight Films and Mukta Arts Entertainment's "Black & White", directed by Ghai himself, are slated for release in October and December, respectively.
