Q: What is your definition of fashion?
A: That's a debatable question. I have always been conscious about my looks, before starting modeling and even now. My mantra is to keep it simple, because the simpler it is, the easier it becomes to carry off. Being comfortable in what you are wearing is important but one should also look good.

Q: Where do you mostly shop from?
A: I mostly shop when I am traveling. New York, London, Dubai, Mumbai and Delhi have come up in a big way as shopping hubs. They have a whole lot of designer wear. Just today I bought a clutch bag from a Cheemo shop.

Q: Any specific brands that you prefer?
A: I like Zara. Their basic stuff is amazing. Moschino is again one of my favorites.

Q. While at home, you mostly wear...
A: At home, I keep it very simple; one would mostly find me in a pair of pajamas and T-shirt.

Q: What's your gym wear?
A: It might sound surprising but I don't work out at a gym regularly. I am rarely seen at one, that too only when I need to use the treadmill. I am more into swimming. When I do go to a gym, I wear a pair of track pants and a T-shirt.

Q. Do you go for the formal look at times?
A: Yes, if required. If it's an Indian occasion then I prefer sarees and if it's a western do then I go for a dress.

Q. What's your casual look?
A: A pair of nice-fitting jeans and T-shirt. I even like wearing skirts and floral tops. I have a pair of Armani jeans that I can't live without. Other preferred brands are Levis, Guess, Gap and Zara.

Q: What about night wear?
A: At night, I prefer being comfortable rather than being finicky about looks. It's mostly the same what I wear at home --- pajamas and T-shirts.

Q: Do you adorn yourself with accessories?
A: I am not very much an accessory person. I use only one at a time. If I am wearing something on my neck I wouldn't be wearing earrings or bracelets. I love anklets a lot.

Q: Which brand do you favour for footwear?
A: Aldo and Moschino are my favourites and now both are available in India.

Q: What are the cosmetic products that you use?
A: I use Mac products, Lan Com and Shuemura, which I think is a Japanese brand and has good quality products.

Q: Which is the latest perfume that you bought?
A: Ralph Lauren

Q: Brand you prefer for lingerie?
A: I can't tell you that.

Q: Which colours do you think are musts in any wardrobe?
A: I think one should have off-whites, as they go well with a lot of things. Then, beige, red and black and white are must-haves. -Jayant Mishra
