Jaya Bhattacharya aka Payal of "Kyunki saas bhi..." has had a role reversal. From tomorrow, the popular small screen vamp will enter serial "Banoo Main Teri Dulhan" as the positive character of Sagar's honest and disciplined aunt.

The actress said: "My character is slightly elderly and is much respected in the family. Everybody agrees to whatever she says. But she is unaware of the conspiracy against Vidya."

In the story, Jaya's character is very malleable, and initially, she gets easily influenced by the members of the family. However, once she learns the truth, she motivates Vidya to fight back.

Earlier, Jaya had played a positive character in "Karam Apna Apna" with ease. Guess, Jaya is one of the few actresses of the saas-bahu sagas who refuse to be typecast and experiment with diverse roles.
