Prakash Jha may make serious films, but he has a naughty side to him. As Nikita Anand found out on the sets of 'Dil Dosti Etc', the serious-looking director is not so serious after all.

Jha told Nikita, in front of the entire unit, that an assistant director was in love with her. While she was still trying to make sense of this, a shy AD came up to her, and gave her a long love letter written in Hindi and Urdu. Jha told her to read it aloud. She hesitated, embarrassed, so he took it from her and read it to the unit.

Nikita felt awkward in this situation, and she lived through it for three days or so. And then she found out that it was a prank. And worse, the entire unit knew about it. However, what really stunned her was that Jha himself had penned the letter.

Maybe the director can offer his services as a letter writer to those who cannot express their love, as an alternate profession.
