/> Pritam is tired of being constantly accused of plagiarism.

He has finally decided to go original.

Says the harassed composer,"I don't know why fellow-composers are constantly gunning for my ganas. For my recent Mahesh Bhatt soundtrack Awaraapan I've adapted every single track from Pakistani sources. But this fact is duly acknowledged in every track.

It's not as though I've just lifted the songs and put them in my album. If it was that easy producer Mukesh Bhatt wouldn't pay me so much money. Obviously there's more to apatations than just lifting songs."

Pritam however promises to go entirely original in one of his forthcoming soundtracks.

"In Jannat which is directed by Mohit Suri's assistant Kunal, all my songs are original. Hopefully after that people will stop bitching about how unoriginal I am."
