Actress Kunika has turned producer with Bhojpuri film "Maati". After doing the vamp's role convincingly in most of her 50-odd Hindi films, Kunika has starred in her film directed by Sunil Prasad.

She plays the mother of the hero, Bhojpuri superstar Ravi Kishan. The storyline depicts Kunika as a widow out to avenge her husband's murder.

"Maati" is a masala film to the core with action, emotion, drama, romance and comedy thrown in in good measure. Hope this Bolly vamp makes it big in the Bhojpuri industry, too.
