Koena has been signed by an international project tentatively named Karna, she will play woman with super powers. The film will be special effects-heavy and will be shot in hongkong and china.

To be made in collaboration with Pritish Nanady communications, Karna is aiming for August 2008 release. Says a source Koena being trained in Tai Chi and other form of martial arts for the film in may and june she also did a teaser for them.

It is learnt that los angeles based production house got in touch with Pritish nandy to recommend an actor for role it's tough part to play and require a lot of flexibility, but Koena has Indian face and toned body. Nandy sent them the DVD of ek khiladi ek haseena and that's how Koena was noticed

The actress was asked to go for screent testand the production house was extremely happy with her look. She plays character with a different shades so Koena had to look strong and glamorous at the same time. Later she shot a teaser and was slightly nervous when she was attached to cables for the action sequence.

Koena has spent her time training under Chin Lee, who trained umar Thurman of kill bill, in hongkong.

Koena plays a female lead and talks are on to sign a major Hollywood actor for lead - Orlando bloom has shown interest in the project.
