Kareena and Shahid find themselves in the middle of another controversy, and they have nothing to do with it. A struggling scriptwriter, Ankit Raaj, claims that 'Jab We Met' is his script, and that director Imtiaz Ali has lifted it.

"I wrote a script of the movie 'Safar' two years ago, and registered it. I have a copy of the registration and of the copyright. I will produce these whenever they are required," says Ankit. He thinks it was stolen from one of the many production houses he sent it to.

The characters that Kareena and Shahid play are also his creations, he says. He also adds that he is very hurt about the whole thing, and that he does not want any monetary compensation, only justice. Therefore, he has filed a case against the production house, Asthavinayak.

A representative of the production house says, "We are very experienced and we do not need anybody else's script."

Ankit does not want an apology either. He emphasises that this happens with most newcomers and strugglers, and he is just fighting for his rights. In the meantime, his movie, 'Kahin Yeh Ishq Toh Nahin' is ready to go on floors soon.
