Gul Panag is so fond of green vegetables that wherever she goes she asks for her favourite pulpy vegetable juice. And if the drink is not listed in the menu card she tells them the recipe to make it.

"I love vegetables and especially when you are travelling your oil intake increases so much that it becomes necessary to take some vegetables," said Gul.

"Wherever I go I ask for a vegetable juice. If they say any such preparation is not a part of their menu, I even tell them how to make it. You have to take a cucumber, some spinach and a tomato and grind them in a mixer to a pulpy juice. It is so easy to make that no one can refuse," she explained.
