The project entitled India In Motion, produced by an Isreal-based company Orpan, would be a 6-dimensional film of 25 minutes' duration.
The first 6-dimensional movie theatre in India to screen this astonishing piece of audio-visual history is being built in collaboration with Adlabs at Agra near the Taj Mahal.
"And there will be many 6-dimensional theatres in India and internationally within the next few years," promises Anupam.
"When we see the Ganga on screen the water will actually actually splash on to the audiences. Audiences will actually not just see, but feel, smell and touch all the images and visuals in this amazing film," informs Anupam Kher who flew to Tel Aviv earlier this week to serve as narrator in this super-historic endeavour.
Apparently the first choice for this privilege was Amitabh Bachchan.
Says Anupam, "When the producer Ori Yarden approached me it didn't take me minute to say yes. My God! This is being part of a history that would out-last all my films. So far there have been only two films in the series, one on Israel and the other on Italy.
And the one on Isreal is narrated by the legendary Topol. That should give you an idea of how huge a responsibility and commitment this privilege is for me."
Anupam saw the film on Israel in Tel Aviv. "But that's only 3- dimensional. The film on India will be the first 6-dimensional product in the series to be screened in specially-built theatres.
There's no real parallel to the experience to anything in cinema. We can compare it with those Disney joy-rides where we think feel and sense all the experiences while sitting in one place,"observes Anupam who returned exhilarated and charged from Tel Aviv after Diwali.
