Manisha Koirala's next release will be an unusual low-budget film by director K. Shashilal Nair.The film titled Ek Chotisi Love Story is based on the bold theme of unrequited adolescent love.

Its story revolves around a fifteen-year-old boy (Aditya Seal) who falls in love with the woman living next door (Manisha). The boy trains his binoculars on her apartment and watches her every move. But she is ignorant of him and goes about with her life. The film also has Channel V VJ Ranvir Shourie playing a small role as Manisha's boy friend. Aditya Seal, who plays the main role of a teenage boy in the film, has previously been seen in the television serials.

Ek Chotisi Love Story is also director K. Shashilal Nair's maiden venture into film production. It is expected to hit the theatres in August.
