Himesh Reshammiya is taking his Bollywood inning pretty seriously. The versatile music director seems to have set a few stiff rules for himself and one of them is not to do lovemaking scenes onscreen.

We hear that the budding star has turned down Pooja Bhatt's steamy love scene plot in his next film Kajra Re. The scene has now been dropped from the film as Himesh is adamant that he won't do it.

"When Himesh came to know that he had to make love to the heroine in Pooja's film, he flatly refused," says an insider and adds,"Mahesh Bhatt and Shagufta Rafique, who have penned the script, tried to reason out with Himesh, but failed. He was absolutely resolute about not doing the particular scene."

Scriptwriter Shagufta Rafique did not agree with Himesh's point of view and asserted that the scene follows the natural progression of the narrative.

However, Mahesh Bhatt agreed with Himesh. Bhatt thinks deleting the scene will strike a chord among the masses.

Kajra Re is inspired by a true story about a lawyer from the pre-independence era, who meets a girl in Morocco and falls in love with her at first sight. Unfortunately, the girl disappears soon after. Ultimately, the lawyer tracks her down to a red-light area in Hiramandi in Pakistan.
