We hear that Prashant, who is a fitness enthusiast, is focusing on spinning these days! He is a regular at a local gymnasium and does spinning no less than four days a week.
"My endurance level has certainly increased after doing spinning for almost three months now.
Earlier, I used to indulge in weight training and cardio which helped me a great deal in putting stress at bay and now spinning is doing me good," says Prashant with a smile
