The long-drawn dispute between T- Series and Bhatt camp with regard to the ownership of Audio/ Audio visual rights of the songs of the feature film " JANNAT- IN SEARCH OF HEAVEN" has been resolved amicably with the intervention of Mr. Pahlaj Nihalani (President, AMPTPP) and Dispute Settlement Committee members in the presence of Mr. Mukesh Bhatt and Mr. Bhushan Kumar.

As per the settlement agreement signed by both parties on 18th February 2008, M/ s. Vishesh Films Pvt. Ltd, and M/s Super Cassettes Industries Ltd.has mutually agreed to withdraw all the complaints filed against each other in various courts, over the audio/ audio visual rights of the songs of " JANNAT- IN SEARCH OF HEAVEN".

The agreement also states that M/ s. Vishesh Films Pvt. Ltd., can sell the audio rights to any other party whomsoever and can promote the songs through any Television Channels/ Tele Companies/ Radio Channels etc. as they feel appropriate.
