A lot of hard work goes into these perfectly chiselled gorgeous bodies. Some of these models follow very strict workout regime, as is the case with the leading model Nina Manuel.
"Well I go to the gym, I do cardio, I also do a bit of yoga and I also swim. I work out six days a week," said Nina.
While others like Lisa Hayden believe in remaining calm and couple it with running which is a good form of cardio.
"I do a lot of yoga, it is probably my favourite form of exercise and I also run. So I cannot live without yoga and running. I try to workout everyday but it probably happens only three to four times a week," said Lisa.
"I don't like to workout on a specific part and if I workout on a specific part it will be my legs because I like toned legs," said Krishna Somani, a model.
Food is the major factor that weighs heavy with the models in remaining in shape. Some of them are so particular about it that they are even choosy about a particular food item and also about the time of having it.
"Food is something I pay a lot of attention to and especially breakfast because that's one meal which kind of carries me through the day. So I eat anything it may be bowl of porridge in the morning with some fruits or a glass of juice," said Sonalika Sahay.
But there are some models that have totally different beliefs about remaining fit. They say that work itself is the ideal work out.
"My fitness workout is really simple. I workout really hard and I'm always on the move and I don't believe in just sitting around and doing nothing so I kind of remain fit because I eat at regular times if I can and I work a lot and I'm always on the move," said Anu Ahuja, model turned choreographer.
But the general rule of the game is regularly spend some hours in the gym or on a treadmill coupled with a balanced diet.
