Dressed in a brown, long velvet jacket with oversized collars and straight fit trousers teamed with a burgundy polo neck T-shirt, Kunal walked the runway with much panache Friday evening. Dark maroon tinted shades accentuated the look.
"This is not the first time that I walked the ramp. I have been on the ramp before as well and I am cool with it," Kunal said.
An audio visual of busy streets and tall buildings as the backdrop set the perfect ambience for the collection titled 'Lost in the Urban Maze'.
"Our collection is a reflection of the society that is more multiple and networked," Khanna told.
The line offered eclectic blues, washed lime, shades of chocolate, maroons, and lacquer with oxidized embellishments.
There were mini dresses with hoods and upright boat necks with trendy pockets. The line also offered jerseys, zipper jackets, high-collar short jackets, tweed draped and cowl neck gingham dresses for women teamed with slacks and ankle length boots.
For men, there were quilted jackets, high sheen biker jackets and hood jackets, apart from formal suits and long jackets with zipper details.
"Our collection has a lot of grids, checks, architecture and minimalism and tries to depict a reprieve from the maddening mayhem of a metropolitan city," he explained.
The designer duo partnered with Fiama Di Wills for their collection.
