The lady who ruled the marquee in the late 70's and 80's is in the news. In an affidavit filed before the TADA court, she alleged that she has irrefutable evidence against Sunjay Dutt and his involvement in the infamous Bombay bomb blasts.

Not many know that she had made a similar allegation on August 14, 2000, when she lodged a complaint with the Bhoiwada police station against 34 parties, including actor Amitabh Bachchan and former US President Bill Clinton, who, she accused of conspiring to kill her. While according to Mahesh Bhatt (who is her ex-boyfriend), "Parveen Babi has a long history of 'mental illness'. She has been diagnosed as a paranoid schizophrenic way back in 1979. The actions of Parveen Babi spring from a disturbed mind."
