There is a saying, ‘as you sow, so shall you reap', but what in case, if there was no sowing and only fruits were expected out of it. The title of the film should have been only Istaanbul and not Mission Istaanbul because the movie lacks any kind of mission in it.

Director Apoorva Lakhia just wanted to show something really big and really daring. Well Appu, we all saw your daring through this highly offensive and frustrating movie.

We guess people who went for the movie would have only wasted their time, energy and hard earned money. After delivering movie like Shoot out at Lokhandwala, Apoorva really has deteriorated in terms of his directional skills.

We hope to see some better directed movies from Appu next time.
