The first task given to the housemates in the Bigg Boss House was that they have to pair up with each other and handcuff themselves.

Sanjay Nirupam pairs up with Rakhi Tandon, Jade Goody with Payal Rothagi, Ketki Dave with Raja Choudhary, Rahul Mahajan with Zulfi Sayed, Alina Wadiwala with Debojit Saha, Monica Bedi with Ahsan Kureshi, and Sambhavana Seth with Ashutosh Kaushik.

The task is the housemates can sleep total of 100 hours till Wednesday. Only one house mate can sleep at a time and if the other housemate sleeps at the same time the hours get deducted.

Rahul Mahajan, calls for a meeting and all of them decide to stop doing the task and decide to sleep and wake up and get back to the task.
