The reasonably good reception to Sohail Khan's acting debut film Maine Dil Tujhko Diya seems to have upped his popularity index in Bollywood by a couple of notches. So much so, Shahrukh Khan is said to be showing some interest in the eldest of the famous Khan brothers of Bollywood. Grapevine has it that SRK approached Sohail to essay a brief but important role in his home-production, to be directed by choreographer Farah Khan.

Though Sohail is tight-lipped,, he admits having discussed the film's subject with director Farah Khan. At the moment Sohail is taking a break from the hustle bustle of filmmaking and holidaying in London. The picture is likely to be clearer once he returns home.
