Model Carol Gracias never became as famous a model as she became on the ramp in just one wardrobe malfunction (on ramp again). Yes, Carol came into limelight by a wardrobe malfunction in Lakme India Fashion Week.

We spotted her a few days back at Kenzo men's boutique launch at J.W. Marriot. Looking at what she was wearing, it seemed that, a wardrobe malfunction was going to happen on that very day. The picture shows how her top was protected by just pins nailed to her jeans, giving everyone an amazing and exclusive view of her back.

Though it has been a long time since her malfunction happened, but the scene is still fresh on every teen's mind across the globe.

We do believe that whatever happened in the past was actually a wardrobe malfunction and it was entirely not her fault, but whatever she wore that night would have been entirely her fault (if her dresses' pin would have given way to....)
