According to Gadhvi he was sure that Sanjay Dutt would be back and would complete his film so he decided to wait. His wait was worth while; Sanjay Dutt did come back and stayed completely focused on his film and finished all the shoots.
The director informs that in spite of the ups and downs in Sanjay Dutt's life never did the actor once show any trace of suffering.
He was a new Sanjay Dutt that all of us saw, a changed man. Not showing any signs of pain or distress that he went through he did his best. He gave his best shots and stayed completely focused on his work.
As there was so much at stake he decides to work hard and so it happened. He comes out with flying colours, ready to knock everyone off their seats.
Speaking about Imraan Khan the director says that Imraan plays a very serious, mature and negative character in this film.
He is not seen singing or dancing, very contrast to the character in his debut venture Jaane Tu Ya Jaane Na. It is also said that for the first time Minissha Lamba will be seen onscreen in a bikini. We asked the director if it was tough convincing her, he said that as she is an Indian girl she was a bit uneasy about it.
But as per the scene in the film she gets kidnapped when she is swimming so showing her wear jeans or salwar kameez would be very inappropriate. For this particular scene she had to work hard on her body and had to be super fit.
She almost matches Imraan in the film and and they both look very young, along with them Sanjay Dutt also looks young in his character says the director.
