In a befitting response to Salman Khan's bratty ways, Aishwarya Rai has said that their much-publicized romance is a thing of the past.For the first time in a long while, Ash spoke openly about her affair with Salman Khan. And what she said may not be music to Sallu's ears.

She is reported to have said that although she and Salman parted ways in March, the brawny Khan, unable to come to terms with the break-up, has been harassing her. Ash says that their once-intimate relationship became strained after Salman began suspecting her of having affairs with her co-stars. Differences arose and she began distancing herself from Salman when he started being rude to her. And the break-up finally came when she heard that Salman was cheating on her.

However, Salman did not give up and often kept calling her with lame excuses and pleas. And if Ash refused to speak to him he would cause himself physical injury, thereby forcing her into conversation once again. Fed up with the embarrassment called Salman, Ms Rai says she wants to move beyond the already-dead relationship and concentrate on her acting career.
