After entertaining the audiences for eight-long years, Star Plus's one of the most successful soaps - Kahaani Ghar Ghar Kii reaches its finale this week as the Agarwal family comes together with a happy ending. Kahaani Ghar Ghar Kii has been a reflection of what Star Plus stands for - tradition, values and family bonding.

In the past eight years, the Agarwal family has become an integral part of the Hindi speaking households in the country.

Each character in Kahaani...has become iconic and inspirational. The viewers have loved Parvati (Sakshi Tanwar), Om (Kiran Karmarkar), Kamal (Ali Asgar) and hated Trishna (Mita Vasisht), Pallavi (Achint Kaur) with equal intensity and this reflects the successful portrayal of these characters; characters which have really gone beyond television-Television Se Zindagi Tak, so to speak.

On October 9, 2008, Kahaani Ghar Ghar Kii will showcase the penultimate episode imbibing the spirit of Dusshera-the triumph of good over evil. This episode will once again see the Agarwal household together striving for their unity.
