After seeing the first rushes of Billo Barber, Shah Rukh Khan was not too convinced by the way Irrfan was playing his character of a poor village barber.

He just dint seem convincing enough. So before the next schedule began Sharukh kept all Irfans scenes on hold.It is said that he called for a local barber from the nearby village who taught Irfan how to actually cut hair.

After his training as he was sucessful in convincing the director Priyadarshan and SRK only then they decided to go ahead with the shoot.

After his training the all so excited Irfan started practicing his hair cutting skills on all the unit members and surprisingly they all voluntered him.Irfan had tured into a professsional barber by the end of the schedule.

Irrfan since then cannot stop raving about hair cutting experience and appreciating the King Khan's commitment and professionalism.
