Superstar Rajnikanth doesn't want to celebrate his birthday dated 12th December. He has also advised his fans not to plan any celebrations for the day to support the Tamil SriLankans.

Obeying to their star, his fans in Madurai has announced that they would be following Rajini's wish and not be celebrating his birthday on 12th of December.

Instead the fans have decided to go on a day's fast in order to protest against the Sri Lankan war. They will also collect relief materials and ship it the Tamils in need.

Even actor Napoleon who's birthday falls on 2nd of December has decided not to celebrate it for the same reason.
