Delusional character Mr Bhatti wins a trip to the Lake District. He decides to take the offer and comes over with a group of Indian tourists. Bhatti mistakenly believes that he has been called over by George W Bush, for supposed peace talks.
But it's not just the scenery and the possible meeting with Bush, which attracts Bhatti's interest. Alice, a local Cumbrian lass, also catches his eye.
Alice has spent six months in India and is into meditation and yoga. She would make a perfect life partner for Bhatti!
But eligible bachelor Prem, travelling in the same group, has also taken a fancy to Alice... much to the dismay of Bhatti. And so begins a rivalry between the two men.
But soon Alice mysteriously disappears, leading to a full blown police investigation.
The hunt for Alice takes the Cumbrian police to a remote part of Lake Windermere. Here, they find Alice's clothes, jewellery and even some blood-stains.
Bhatti and Prem are the chief suspects; they are arrested and a series of routine checks are made on them.
And that's when Bhatti's terrible secret is discovered - apparently he's a terrorist wanted by police worldwide. But is he really a a terrorist?
Gangster Abu Siddique has been in hiding for a long time, so the police decide to use Bhatti as a decoy; confident that the real Abu will surface as a result.
This creates a hilarious comedy of errors, ending with heroic Bhatti helping to prevent a huge catastrophe, with the aid of the tourist group - and getting the real Abu Siddique caught as a result.
