Just recently we reported about one production company (Asheema Creations) being angry with actor Harsh Chhaya (Fashion) for playing truant with his dates for the film, Diwangi Ne Had Kar Di, now we have got information that there's another producer who is livid with Amisha Patel's flop actor brother, Ashmit Patel.

It is learnt that Ashmit had been paid a signing amount of Rs. 1, 50, 000 for acting in a forthcoming movie Phir Sholay. The producers of the film, Star Dreamzz Entertainment have alleged that it has got delayed because of Ashmit Patel's non-cooperation. They have called upon the actor to forthwith return the signing amount.

One thing that baffles us the most is why should Ashmit not allot dates to a producer who has signed him? He must be free, as it is, because he doesn't have any or many films on hand!!

His last release was two years back, the utterly forgettable Dil Diya Hain (2006) also starring Emraan Khan and Geeta Basra in the lead. Since then the actor has not had a single release till date!

His only ready film on hand, Kabhi Kahin is ready but finding no takers. We wonder what films is he talking about to be so busy to allot any dates.
