Bollywood actor Vivek Oberoi, son of Suresh Oberoi, landed at Trivandrum on his way to Sabarimala Temple darshan. During this visit he inaugurated the website `Thathwamasi' of Ayyappa Seva Sangham and youthhind.org.

He also inaugurated the function of health insurance card distribution to 100 children. Since 1989 he is arriving Kerala during the period of Makarasankranthi to watch the Makaravilakku at Sabarimala.

He has tied his `Pallikettu' (Offerings for Ayyappa) at the Ayappa Swami Temple of Thycaud in Trivandrum.

South Indian actor Jaya Ram was also at Sabarimala to watch Makaravilakku. Latest films of Jayaram in Tamil and in Malayalam were super hits.
