Priyanka Chopra`s debut film is yet to see the light of day, but the beauty queen from Bareilly is making steady progress in Bollywood. But as she must have realised by now, stardom has its flip side.

To her chagrin, some snide stories about her papa`s interference has been doing the rounds of late. Priyanka, of course, denies the allegation and attributes it to a "malicious propaganda" against her by some sections of the media and the film industry.

But shouldn`t Priyanka see the other side of the affair: the fact that people are spreading stories about her and her family is a sure sign that she has arrived in showbiz. As long as the roles keep pouring in, and her producers do not turn against her, why should she even bother to respond to propaganda? We are sure she will learn as she goes along.
