More questions followed when she signed on the dotted line for her second film Jail with co-star Neil Nitin Mukesh, directed by Madhur again.
This time for a solo heroine role. Looks like there's no stopping for this slim and sexy discovery of Madhur Bhandarkar.
Mughs has now been roped in by director Rohit Shetty for his next untitled film. We confirmed the news yesterday by calling the new found talent of the Indian Film Industry.
"Yes, it's true that I have signed a Rohit Shetty film two weeks back. The film is a multi-starrer along with Ajay Devgan, Bipasha Basu, Sanjay Dutt, Fardeen Khan and myself", said the dusky beauty.
With Rohit's forte being comedy, we were in no doubts that Godse's third venture would 'venture' her into a comic caper. She said, "The film is a comedy and it gives me a chance to do something different.
Fashion, Jail and Rohit's film are three different genres and it's nice to know that you are getting to do diverse roles from the very beginning of your career with just one film old".
And what about her co-star in this multi starrer? "I am paired opposite Fardeen Khan in the film and I've been a huge admirer of his work because Jungle is one of my favourite films. But from the recent work of his, I've loved Heyy Babyy", says Godse.
Mugdha starts shooting for this Rohit Shetty film from March this year, hopefully in Goa (but the exotic beach destination is still not confirmed) while Madhur's Jail kick starts in couple of weeks.
What once looked like a one-trip-pony is now one of the hot favourites to win the race each time she sits on a new film. Let's hope she copes up with the competition, recession and her mission to be one of the top actresses around in our wild and wicked world of Bollywood.
