Little Zizou is a forthcoming film in Hindi, Gujarati, and English, written and directed by Sooni Taraporevala. John Abraham will be doing guest appearance while Boman Irani and Shernaz Patel would be seen as the lead actors.

Plot of the movie

Little Zizou is a fast-paced, lively, yet touching comedy about how two battling Mumbai families finally come to terms.

Xerxes, 'Little Zizou' as he's known, is an eleven year old soccer-mad Parsi boy whose keen wish is that his idol, the world famous Algerian-origin French soccer/football player Zinedine Zidane visits Mumbai.

His older brother Ataxerxes (played by Imaad Shah), is a talented artist whose wild fantasies come to life in surprising ways. While John Abraham as Arjun plays a special appearance in the film.

About John Abraham's role

John is supposed to be the surprise element in this film which is based on football. However the actor's role does not have anything to do with the game of football.

John has a special but pivotal role in the film and its buzz that he has really like script of the film as it's based on football and he is great admirer of Sooni Taraporevala who is an acclaimed script writer of Namesake.

In India this film is releasing in selected theatres on 13th March, 2009. Last year this Parsi oriented film bagged two awards at New York film festival.
