It's Aamir Khan eight-pack abs which is now being talked about the most.

Now Saif Ali Khan has never been known for a super fit body. He looked a little fit during ‘Salaam Namaste' but was back to having his non spectacular body very soon.

He's currently working out hard at a gym that he's set up at his house in Bandra.

Saif has hired trainer Satyajit Chaurasia to guide him in developing muscles.

The actor is shedding all the extra fat from his body and also developing muscles for his role of a detective agent in his home production ‘Agent Vinod'

The actor starts his workout every morning. It begins with a 45-minute cardio warm-up followed by weight training and ends with body stretching. The whole regimen takes as long as two hours every morning.

He's also following a healthy protein-rich diet.

He needs that physique as the movie will have Saif doing a lot of action, including hand-to-hand combat. A lean and muscular build will only help him to look convincing while thrashing the baddies on the big screen.

The movie is his home production and will be directed by Imtiaz Ali and Saif will be pairing up with his girlfriend Kareena Kapoor.

More reasons for Saif to work doubly hard.
