Sanjay Dutt is currently busy with his first Lok Sabha election campaign with the Samajwadi Party, which he is contesting for from Lucknow but many are not aware that just a few days ago, Dutt visited his late father Sunil Dutt's old home with wife Manyaata Dutt in Lucknow.

His spokesperson revealed to ilovebolly.com, "Baba (Dutt) made quite an emotional visit to Lucknow recently.

For long he was wanting to visit the house for many years now as his father late Sunil Dutt was always closely associated with Lucknow in his early days, especially the narrow lane of Ganne Wali Gali in Aminabad.

Dutt Senior had stayed with Captain Rizvi and his family for nearly 4 years there during his struggling period. When Sunil Dutt came in search of job, this is where he started his first- in All India Radio."

His spokesperson further added, "He spent over an hour in the house and became quite emotional because of the responses he got from Lucknow's public. He later went on to discuss the polling strategy for the elections. Nowadays, he is quite busy with the election campaign strategy and has even stopped shooting for films for a while."
