Things have not been going pretty well for Akshay. He has been lying low for a while due to his continuous flops.Understandably, Akki`s career was heading nowhere.

One good thing about the guy is that he is fully aware of his limitations. Akshay openly admits to being a non-actor. And he is not the least bit resentful of the constant carping of critics. In fact, he goes to the extent of thanking the press "for helping me analyse the problem objectively and in turn making my directors` visualise me in intense roles." Does that mean Pooja, Raveena and Shilpa never told you what an embarrassment you were in all those khiladi roles? Or is it that they were too dumb to identify the mess you were getting into?

Thankfully, it isn`t just inane film roles, but even thoughtless costar-girlfriends that are now a thing of the past for Akshay.
